GTHomes Limited is a Primary Mortgage Institution duly licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to undertake mortgage banking and related services.The Bank was incorporated in 1992 as Citizens Savings and Loans Limited. Its name was changed to New Patriot Building Society Limited in 1997.
It was then acquired in August 2007 by Guaranty Trust plc as a wholly owned subsidiary, consequent upon which the name was changed to GTHomes Limited to reflect its relationship with GTBank.
